1 cup Better Than Marinade® Honey Bourbon Barbeque
¼ cup mayonnaise
4 tsp apple cider vinegar
4 tsp Dijon mustard
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ tsp salt
1 bag (12 oz) coleslaw mix
6 hamburger buns, split

Tips: Alternatively, cook pork shoulder and marinade (without water) in slow cooker on LOW setting for 6 to 8 hours, or on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours, or until meat is very tender. Alternatively, cook pork shoulder with marinade with 1/2 cup water in multi-function slow cooker. Cover and lock to seal. Pressure cook on HIGH setting for 1 hour or until very tender. Carefully manually or naturally release pressure according to manufacturer’s instructions before removing lid.
